How It Works
Phase 1: Preparation
Once you book your session, you’ll receive a short questionnaire designed to outline your goals and priorities for the clinic. You can also share links to your existing online presence (e.g., website, social media). Before our call, I will quickly audit your digital footprint to understand your current business landscape.
Phase 2: The Mentoring Clinic (1.5 Hours)
Our session will be held over Zoom, where we’ll dive deep into the areas you highlighted as key opportunities or concerns. Together, we will discuss potential solutions, fresh ideas, and actionable steps to help you to define and achieve your business objectives.
Phase 3: Follow-Up
After the call, you’ll receive a follow-up email summarizing our discussion and outlining the next steps in a concise document (approx 2 pages). If applicable, I’ll include relevant resources, tools, or introductions to key contacts that can further support your goals.
If additional support is needed, I’ll also share an outline and proposal for how I can assist with specific actions on a project or retainer basis.
